A throwback menu will be available all month long at Iron Rose featuring historically inspired dishes that pay homage to the original dining menu of the hotel in the 1800s. 1852 – Mills commissions architect John Earle to reconstruct and revise the property to create a hotel that he could be proud to have bear the Mills name.
